St. George is one of the best golf destinations in the west. The Red Rock Golf Trail has12 challenging courses all in close proximity (40 min. apart) and relatively low green fees, St. George is a golfers dream. Many of the courses run through the signature scenic red-rock of the area and all offer spectacular views.

Area visitors will appreciate the variety of museums. Rosenbruch Wildlife Museum has one of the world's finest collections of animals and insects, with many set in their native habitat. St. George also boasts the world's largest collection of dinosaur footprints at the Dinosaur Discovery Museum at Johnson Farm.

St. George is fast becoming one of the entertainment centers of the West. Tuacahn annually entertains hundreds of thousands of people with Broadway style musicals, concerts and other productions. The St. George and Zion National Park area both offer a fine selection of art galleries. In St. George galleries may be found in the downtown area and throughout the city. The community of Kayenta offers several galleries, as does the city of Springdale.
